The food was good. Service was super fast and great. The price was amazing. Definetly be back. Cheap and really good usually don't happen but it does here. I'll be back tomorrow.

Fast becoming a tradition for our vegan family, this beautiful restaurant provides a large selection of vegan / veganizeable sushi options, more than enough to keep it interesting and delicious. Everything was made to order fresh and flavorful. My adult sons discovered Sushi Kingdom and have been fans independent of us for a few months. We were easy converts. The layout and decor with paper lanterns, lattice partitions and dark wood frames feel like something straight out of a Miyazaki movie, in fact there are even two No Face statues offering candies. Tasteful clay vases with single orchid blossoms and sleek faux marble platters provided a Japanese table setting aesthetic . Comfortable seating arrangements in many different combinations: chairs, booths, barstools, etc. Our waitress on this visit handled our large party effectively and was always willing to help Veganize menu items when possible. She was very sweet and good at checking on us regularly. We will continue to patronize this restaurant on special occasions and bring our friends and family along whenever we can. It's a fancy dining experience for us but well worth the price of $23.99 per person, with a discount for younger guests. Yes: vegan friendly YES: family friendly

Ok, I will do my best not to compare to another "certain" sushi place located in Richmond but the resemblance is sorta uncanny but here's my take. Service - 8.8/10 the service was great but sometimes the food was cold, but I didn't mind it. Food - 8/10 the noodles were pretty tasty and the takoyaki is also good. (I forgot to take of picture of it.) I also ordered a Monster Roll and that is by far my personal favorites. But like I said before, tastes almost the same as Sushi King (or Saki Sushi depending on which part of Richmond you live in.) Interior - 9/10 The inside looked amazing and the bathrooms were bland but at least they were clean. Overall, I really liked the food and I would recommend this place. I'd give this place a 8.5/10.

Standard all you can eat sushi place. Not the best cuts and fish but still good. I can't help but to compare to other places and my only beef is the "hibachi ". Most hibachi and teriyaki come with veg and rice but their's doesn't. I ordered a vegetable hibachi and it was just a bowl of veg. It's not bad, but rice makes everything better. And most American hibachi comes with a white sauce and/or ginger sauce this didn't. Again, just a bowl of vegetables. The other things tasted fresh enough. We got a few rolls and vegetable tempura which came out hot. . My sons had udon and soba noodles. The soba tasted like ramen, the chicken kind in the orange package. I asked for hot water, ya know for digestion and it came in a regular cup. Which is ok. My younger son got kids menu chicken nuggets and stuff. LAAAAME! But don't tell him I said that. The services was great, the ladies were really attentive and quick. And the place is nice. The bathrooms were mostly clean but it wasn't as jazzed up as the rest of the place which is whatever because you know what goes down to the bathroom. We'll definitely come back to try again.

The vibes and decor is immaculate! The service was quick, to bring out dishes and remove as well. Now to the good part: THE FOOD Ok the sushi was fresh and so good! The salmon was delicious! They have so many specialty rolls, with 8 pieces. They also have hibachi steaks and salmon, rice, noodles, everything is served in small portions so you can pace yourself, and try a lot of different dishes! The sides are really good too, surprisingly I enjoyed the salmon skin salad! The desserts are good too- I'd recommend getting the ice cream (comes in 3 scoops per bowl) with the fried Oreos! Definitely a go to sushi spot if you're in the area! It's located in short pump mall, next to the movie theater!

Sushi Kingdom is a nice all-you-can-eat addition to the area. Their menu is massive and we couldn't try everything we wanted in one go so we'll have to come back. They had some dishes I haven't seen at other AYCE sushi spots. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully and clean. They have plenty of seating so we didn't have to wait. It's $24 for adults, $15 for kids (under 5ft), and free for kids age 1-2 (under 3ft). Sashimi is an extra 50 cents per piece. All the food was pretty good. They could be a little more consistent. We ordered crab rangoons a few times and most times the edges were too chewy to eat. They could also use more filling - that's the best part. The two sesame balls in the order weren't the same, one fried longer and smushed. The sushi rolls had a bit more rice than we'd prefer. We had to reorder one or two items again since they were forgotten the first time. Overall, it's worth visiting if you want AYCE sushi! Hopefully the minor kinks will work out with more time.
